French smoking ban, one year on

Open air-smoking bans are sweeping France, a country for which smoking has been a big part of social culture. Amidst the growing acceptance of the health risks smoking poses, there’s been a greater shift towards a nation-wide ban. A year ago a total ban was brought into the public parks and gardens in Strasbourg. The BBC’s John Laurenson went to find out how well the ban is working.
