Fragile ceasefire in Ethiopia ends as fighting erupts 

The conflict in Ethiopia’s Tigray region continues to evolve. Rebels forces recently retook Tigray’s capital city, Mekelle, from government forces. Since then, they’ve gone on the offensive to take more territory. To understand the motives behind the rebel forces latest moves, The World Carol Hills spoke with Michelle Gavin, a senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations.
