Federal prosecutors in Mexico on Friday arrested the former attorney general, Jesús Murillo Karam. His arrest, alongside the arrests of a few dozen other military and government officials, came two days after the release of a Truth Commission report that accused him of wrongdoing in the disappearance of 43 college students in 2014.
