A fire at an apartment building in South Africa’s biggest city has left dozens dead and more victims are expected to be recovered during emergency service’s search operations. The dilapidated building is said to have been home to hundreds of occupants, many homeless. BBC correspondent Nomsa Moseko in Johannesburg told The World’s Marco Werman that the building is what’s known as a “hijacked” building, where squatters have taken up residence.
