Music events, book festivals and writers’ talks in Europe have been rescheduled or canceled as a result of the Israel-Hamas war. The MTV Europe Music Awards scheduled for November in Paris have been postponed until next year and the Frankfurt Book Fair was mired in controversy last week after a ceremony honoring a Palestinian author was canceled.
