A year ago, The World heard from a woman in Kyiv who was worried about her daughter who was 38 weeks pregnant when Russian forces invaded Ukraine in 2022. A year later, The World visited her and her family in Kyiv to see how they’ve sustained each other, and the church they started, through a year of war.
