A humanitarian ceasefire in Ethiopia’s northern Tigray region is giving some hope for a longer-lasting peace. Ethiopian forces and Tigray rebels have been at war for about a year and a half, leaving the Tigray region in a humanitarian crisis. The World’s Marco Werman spoke with William Davison, senior analyst with the International Crisis Group, about the situation on the ground in Tigray.
