Ethiopian civil war nears two years; neighboring Somalia hit by terror attack

This week will mark two years since a civil war broke out in Ethiopia. Peace talks between the Ethiopian government and Tigrayan rebels have been underway in South Africa, but the fighting hasn’t let up. Cara Anna, an Africa Correspondent for the Associated Press, has been reporting on the situation. She gave host Marco Werman the latest on events in the wider Horn of Africa, including a deadly car bombing in Somalia.
