In 1987, US President Ronald Reagan and Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev took a key step toward ending the Cold War: They signed the INF — the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty. This Friday, the INF officially ends, following a decision by the Trump administration to pull out. The World’s Charles Maynes reports.
