The Central American nation of El Salvador has officially adopted Bitcoin as one of its currencies. Salvadorans will now be able to use bitcoin in shops, restaurants and in financial transactions. The World’s Marco Werman spoke with journalist Anna-Catherine Brigida about her experience using Bitcoin and what consequences this adoption will have in El Salvador.
