California-based Punjabi Radio USA has stepped up coverage to help the thousands of Punjabi-speaking truck drivers across the country deal with a confusing economic situation that’s left many out of work. But, like mainstream media outlets, these immigrant media organizations are facing a growing financial deficit, because their advertisers, mostly immigrant businesses, are closed.
