Europe is looking for any way to save energy this winter, as the war in Ukraine goes on. One idea: ditch daylight savings time. That is, don’t “fall back” this fall. Keeping the afternoon long means people wait longer to turn on their lights and, thus, save on electricity. But dismantling daylight savings could be trickier than it seems. Gerry Hadden reports from Barcelona, Spain.
