The romantic comedy follows Chinese American Rachel Chu and her relationship with longtime boyfriend, Nick, who wants to take her back to Singapore. There, she finds out how rich his family is and she has to fend off jealous socialites and meddling relatives who wants to break up their relationship. Pierre Png plays Michael Teo in the movie. He talks to host Carol Hills about what it’s like to work in a Hollywood film for the first time as a Singaporean actor. He also talks about Singaporean food, and why people should go see the film.
