Hungary is one of Russia’s closest allies in Europe and its prime minister, Viktor Orban has been one of President Vladimir Putin’s most consistent cheerleaders. But the Russian invasion of Ukraine has made things complicated for the Hungarian leader. Ahead of a crucial election in Hungary on April 3, Orban is struggling to keep the European Union and NATO onside while not upsetting Russia. The World’s Europe correspondent Orla Barry reports.
