Officials in  China’s Hubei province are using a broader definition to diagnose people with Covid-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus. That new definition brings the estimated number of infected people in China to nearly 60,000. Correspondent Rebecca Kanthor, a longtime resident of Shanghai, talks with host Marco Werman about the changes to everyday life in China’s second-biggest city.
