 Volodymyr Zelenskiy won the Ukrainian presidential elections Sunday. He said that his victory is an example to all other post-Soviet countries that “anything is possible.” Host Marco Werman speaks with Volodymyr Dubovyk, the director for the Center of International Affairs at Odessa’s Menchikov University, about whether Zelenskiy’s presidency will change Ukraine’s relationship with Russia.
