As the underequipped Ukrainian military fights to maintain control in its air war with Russia, its request for Soviet-era jets from Poland have been answered with a back and forth between NATO allies. Poland has suggested transferring them to a US Air Force base in Germany. Other suggested transfer locations have been considered, including Kosovo.
