In the northern Chinese city of Qingdao, a new outbreak of the coronavirus has been reported. Twelve people have contracted the illness at a city hospital there. So, this past week, local officials announced a plan to test all 9 million residents of Qingdao. The World’s Rebecca Kanthor reports from Shanghai.
