China imposes tougher restrictions as COVID cases rise

China is seeing an uptick in COVID-19 cases. Compared to many other countries, the number of nationwide infections in China is low — under 3,000. But the country is hosting the Olympics this winter and not taking any chances. The World’s Rebecca Kanthor reports from Shanghai.
