A Chinese shipping company is buying space at the port of Hamburg, Germany, one of Europe’s busiest seaports. The company, COSCO — not to be confused with the big box retailer — is the largest container ship business on earth. And it’s owned by the Chinese government. Critics of the deal see it as a potential security risk for Germany.
