Chileans voted comprehensively against new, progressive constitution

On Sunday, roughly 62% of Chileans rejected a new constitution, written from scratch, to replace an old one imposed by the dictatorship of Gen. Augusto Pinochet 41 years ago. Voting was mandatory. The World’s Tibisay Zea reports.
