Chileans topple statues in protest

Demonstrators from Chile’s Indigeonous movement have been toppling statues of Spanish conquistadors and rulers. Conservative observers see the protests as vandalism.  But, scholar Veronica Figuero Huencho says otherwise. She tells The World’s Carol Hills the protests are about the past and about deep modern-day grievances.
