Charter container ships

Ports in the United States are stretched to their limit, unloading more and more cargo as warehouse space dwindles. The backups are overwhelming the trucking industry and railroads too. Some companies have even chartered private cargo ships to ensure their goods arrive on time. Marco Werman talks to Joe Harris, the spokesman for the Port of Virginia, about the shipping logjam.
