Donald Tusk will return as Poland’s prime minister after the departing, right-wing populist nationalist party fought to stay power. Tusk gave a speech promising to make Poland a place where all are citizens would feel at home. Host Marco Werman speaks with Anna Grzymała-Busse, a professor of political science at Stanford University. She says many see Tusk’s victory as a “return to democracy.”
