Carnival canceled in Brazil 

The World

Brazil has canceled its annual Carnival celebrations. No parades, floats or elaborate costumes. Instead, revelers have taken the festivities online, with people dressing in velvet, sequins and feathers, and bands performing concerts virtually. The World’s Marco Werman has more.
