The Trump administration plans to expand the US-Mexico border wall, including a 60-mile stretch in southern Arizona. Environmentalists say it could block the last undammed river in the state. Even a local rancher who favors Trump’s border wall thinks this part of it would be a waste of money. Ariana Brocious of Arizona Public Media in Tucson has the story.
