British Airways apologizes after luggage is replaced by crates of frozen fish

Passengers estimated about 100 crates of frozen fish arrived on the conveyor belt in Heathrow’s Terminal 5 last week. British Airways said it reunited customers with their bags after realizing “something fishy was going on.” Marco Werman explains the mix up.
