Global cocaine production is at historic highs, and cartels are developing new trade routes to get it to market. There are also new patterns of consumption, and Latin America is one region where use of cocaine is on the rise. Host Carolyn Beeler speaks with Brian Winter, editor-in-chief of Americas Quarterly, on why much of the rise in cocaine use in Latin America is in one country: Brazil.
