Women in Colombia’s capital city of Bogotá typically do three hours more chores and unpaid household labor than men do. Which leaves little time for education, advancing their careers, exercise or relaxation. Manuel Rueda reports that the city government of Bogotáhas launched an initiative to train men in child-rearing and household chores, and a set of community centers for women.
