Biden says he would stop Keystone XL pipeline

The World

The Keystone XL pipeline project has been more than a decade in the making. The oil pipeline would run from Alberta, Canada, across the US border, straight through the middle of America and all the way to the Gulf Coast of Texas. From the start, the pipeline has been contentious. The Obama administration stopped the project in 2015. Then, two years later, President Donald Trump reinstated it. Now, Democratic candidate and former Vice President Joe Biden says if elected, he would put a stop to Keystone XL once and for all. Anita Elash reports from Toronto.
