US President Joe Biden and Chinese President Xi Jinping met on Monday on the sidelines of the G-20 summit in Indonesia. Biden said China is not on the brink of invading Taiwan, nor will there be a new cold war. The meeting comes at a low point in the US-China relationship. The World’s Sarah Birnbaum reports.
