Australia releases ‘donation dollar’ to encourage people to give

The Royal Australian Mint revealed a shiny new coin that’s going into circulation this month. The gold coin is about the size of a poker chip with a small, green circle in the middle. It’s called the “Donation Dollar, and it’s meant to encourage people to donate the dollar to charity. The World’s Marco Werman has the story.
