As Ukrainian forces fight toward Kherson, city loses power

The Russian occupied Ukrainian city of Kherson lost power today. It’s the first time since the start of the war, and Russian officials have blamed Ukrainian sabotage. Meanwhile, Russian forces have been reportedly looting the city while preparing for an orderly retreat. Host Marco Werman spoke to Mariia Zolkina, the head of regional security and conflict studies at the Democratic Initiatives Foundation in Kyiv. She joined the show from Warsaw.
