Argentina’s vice president, Christina Fernandez de Kirchner, survived an assassination attempt yesterday in the capital Buenos Aires. The would-be assassin’s gun jammed as he pulled the trigger. Authorities have arrested 35-year-old Brazilian national, Fernando Andre Sabag Montiel.
