A new law took effect in Morocco this week, criminalizing and penalizing various kinds of aggressive behavior toward women, from harassment to rape to marriage forced by threat of violence. Carol Hills speaks about what the law means with Stephanie Willman Bordat, a lawyer and founding partner of Mobilizing for Rights Associates, an international women’s rights organization based in Rabat.
