American police are often called in to deal with what turns out to be mental health crises — but they are not trained for it. In 2015 the Swedish capital, Stockholm, created a  mental health ambulance to deal with emergency psychiatric issues. The World’s host Marco Werman speaks to Andreas Carlborg, managing director of North Stockholm Psychiatry, about the ambulance and how it’s working.
