Amid fuel shortage, biking on the rise in Colombo

Fuel is in short supply in Sri Lanka right now. The country is facing a financial crisis and can’t afford enough fuel for cars and motorbikes. Unable to get gas, many commuters in the country’s largest city are turning to bicycles. The World’s Carolyn Beeler reports from Colombo.
