Ethiopian and Tigrayan authorities are pointing fingers at each other over who started a “large-scale” offensive near the Tigray region. Regardless of who attacked first, it’s a serious setback for peace talks in the East African country, where conflict has persisted for nearly two years. The World’s host Carol Hills spoke with William Davison, the International Crisis Group’s senior analyst for Ethiopia.
