After devastating earthquakes, the race to save an endemic species of silkworm

The ancient city of Antakya – once known as Antioch — has a storied history going back thousands of years. It was largely destroyed by earthquakes two months ago, which killed at least 57,000 people in Turkey and northern Syria. But as The World’s Durrie Bouscaren reports, survivors are finding ways to salvage the remnants of their hometown, including an indigenous species of silkworm.
