Liz Truss has become Britain’s shortest-ever serving prime minister. Just 44 days into the job, Truss announced that she is stepping down as the UK’s leader. Her resignation follows weeks of chaos in the UK markets, as well as in Britain’s houses of parliament. A new prime minister is expected to be elected into office within a week. The World’s Europe correspondent Orla Barry speaks with host Marco Werman.
