Tanzania has a new president after Samia Suluhu Hassan was sworn in on Friday. Hassan, the former vice president, took office following the death of John Magufuli. She will serve what’s left of the late president’s 5-year term. The World’s Africa Correspondent Halima Gikandi has more.
