A ‘new normal’ for deportation

A Trump policy, in effect today, could speed up deportations and circumvent immigration court for people who don’t have immediate proof of living in the US for at least two years. Legal experts like César García Hernández thinks this could all mean a “new normal” for people who may now feel compelled to carry their documents at all times. The World’s host Marco Werman talks with García about the changes and the implications.
