A manifesto for a post-Putin Russia

The World

Mikhail Khodorkovsky was the richest man in Russia until he fell out of favor with Vladimir Putin in 2003. In his latest book, “The Russia Conundrum: “How the West Fell for Putin’s Power Gambit— and How to Fix It,” he describes how he became a pro-democracy activist. Khodorkovsky talks with The World’s Marco Werman about his decade in a Russian labor camp and how his homeland might be welcomed back into the global community.
