Former South Korean President Moon Jae-in is saying goodbye to two pet dogs that were a gift from North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un. The pups were technically a gift to the state, but Moon has kept them as companions since receiving them in 2018. Host Marco Werman explains why the state property is now being reclaimed.
