Tragedy strikes again in Lebanon with the drowning of six people off the coast after a confrontation with the Lebanese navy. Dozens of migrants were on a boat at the time, heading for international waters. The World’s Marco Werman spoke with Randa Slim, a senior fellow with the Middle East Institute, about the ramifications of this tragedy in Lebanon.
