More than 650,000 Rohingya are living in hastily constructed Bangladeshi camps. But much of the area where they’re concentrated is terribly unsuited to house so many people. Refugees face several environmental risks as camps expand: infectious diseases, landslides in the summer monsoon season and recently, elephant attacks.
