Kelly Norris is a health and science reporter for the Medill News Service.

I am a junior at Northwestern University studying journalism with a minor in Business Institutions. Currently I’m reporting on health and science for Medill News Service, where I’ve had the opportunity to travel to Miami and Las Vegas to cover the Zika virus and the election.Originally from Novi, Michigan, I have interned at WGN Evening News and worked on the Northwestern weekly newscast.

The wildcard group in the 2016 election could be young voters. Millennials now have voting power that matches boomers and many were energized by the Bernie Sanders campaign. In the waning days of the campaign, many are deciding whether to vote or not.
