Daina Beth Solomon is a journalist in Los Angeles specializing in cross-cultural reporting. She chases breaking news as a stringer for Reuters and has written about arts, culture and food for the Los Angeles Times, the L.A. Weekly, the Jewish Daily Forward and Sierra Magazine.

Daina will graduate from USC’s Annenberg School in May 2015 with a Journalism Master’s Degree. As an Annenberg Graduate Fellow, Daina is the Editor of Intersections South L.A., a community news-website dedicated to South Los Angeles.
