US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin III is in Africa this week for his first official tour of the continent. He is meeting his counterparts in Djibouti, Kenya, and Angola to discuss US military cooperation in the region. This all comes amid growing security competition with Russia and China, and the announced pullout of French troops in Niger. The World's Africa correspondent Halima Gikandi reports.
