Spain is home to Morocco's second-largest diaspora after France, and its members are not sitting idle after the earthquake. Nonprofits and individuals are packing vehicles with supplies and driving south toward the straits of Gibraltar where they can ferry into North Africa. But, as The World's Gerry Hadden reports from Barcelona, coordinating relief efforts has been tough.
